How does the subscription work?

Each month we will ship you an organic, non-toxic, cruelty-free assortment of 4-5 beauty samples/travel size (sometimes a full-size surprise!). The assortment may contain products such as; skincare, hair care, and makeup.

Why only samples/travel size?

Every month you will receive 4-5 beauty samples and sometimes a full-size surprise! We want to expose you to as many different types of products, so you discover what works for you! Sample sizes are the perfect way to try everything before you commit. Less waste. Better for all. The samples sizes you will be receiving are very good, mostly deluxe and plenty for you to try without being wasteful. We also support the brands we partner with by purchasing quality samples from them just for you. We don't do "free" samples because we only want the best for you and we are huge supporters of the brands we work with. 

Our mission is to provide you with the very best clean beauty products to help you make the switch to a cleaner beauty routine, that it is better for you and your health. 

How do you select the brands/products you include in the monthly boxes?

  1. Non-Toxic- Our beauty box will never include products that have artificial fragrance, artificial colors or dyes, sodium laurel sulfate, parabens, phthalates, or any known carcinogens.

  2. Cruelty-Free- We love animals and we DO NOT accept and will not work with companies that test on animals at all. No exceptions. 

  3. Quality & Performance- We test every single product that goes into our boxes and want to make sure that you will love it as well. We also make sure that the product we include are up to our standards in terms of quality ingredients and performance. 

  4. AllSkin Types - We make sure that all of the products that we include cater to all skin and hair types. 

  5. Inspirational- We love to partner with brands that inspire and motivate us. In turn, we want these brands to make you feel the very same way. 

*Please note: We are not liable for allergies or ingredient concerns that have not been previously brought to our attention. However, we do not offer customizations for this as of yet. Sorry!

When will my box be shipped to me?

We ship out boxes around the 15th of every month. Sometimes earlier! You will be notified when your box has been shipped to you.

Orders take 1-2 business days to process, plus transit time, which could be up to 2-7 days depending on where you live. However, we include the very best shipping, which should take less than 7 days for arrival. 

Please be advised, if you entered incorrect shipping information and fail to notify us before your order ships, you will be contacted when/if the carrier returns the package to our warehouse. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our inventory and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

*Clean Routine Beauty will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we do not ship internationally, but we will be expanding to Canada and other countries in the future. If you are on our email list you will be the first to know!

What does Automatic Renewal mean?

Your box will automatically renew monthly after you sign up; we do this because we want to avoid any disruption of your Clean Routine Beauty Box shipping to you. If you signed up for a 6 month or 12-month subscription your box will automatically renew as the same subscription plan you signed up for thereafter.

How do I cancel and what are the terms?

You can cancel your monthly auto-renewing subscription at any time within your account on our website.

If you do not want to continue after your 6 or 12-month subscription period ends, you can cancel your subscription after you receive your last box. You cannot cancel a 6 or 12-month subscription plan and we do not offer refunds. However, we don't want you to cancel your subscription, so please let us know how we can be better. 

Cancellations must take place before the 1st of the month otherwise we will process the following month, no exceptions.

Can I exchange or return my box?

All Clean Routine Beauty boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your box is lost or any product inside is damaged, contact us for help. Please allow an appropriate amount of shipping time before assuming your box is lost. But if it does happen, you know where you can find us!

How do you use Discount Codes?

All codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied to previously placed, or existing orders. 

Is tax applied to my order?

Customers in Pennsylvania will be subjected to applicable sales taxes.

Can I switch my account to a different subscription plan?

Yes, if you want to switch to a different plan please contact us at amy@cleanroutinebeauty.com and we will assist you with that.

Where is my box?

If you haven’t received your box yet and it says it was delivered, please go to your local post office or call them to ensure it isn’t being held. Sometimes a package might be scanned as “delivered”, but is still at the post office waiting to be delivered or still en route. We cannot reach out to your local post office on your behalf.

Please ensure you contact us if you haven’t received your box by the end of the month.
